What we do
We build custom software, from web apps and APIs to internal tools, and we help with the decisions around it: choosing a stack, designing for scale, untangling a legacy system nobody wants to touch. When a team needs senior hands for a while, we join it, ship with it, and leave it stronger than we found it.
Working with AI
We help companies get real work out of AI, and say plainly when it is not worth it. In practice that is three things: getting your engineers productive with AI coding tools, and clear about what not to hand them; automating the manual processes that eat your team's week; and looking honestly at where AI pays off before anyone commits to it. We use all of it on our own work first.
How we work
We listen first, then agree a roadmap of small steps that each deliver something real. We ship in short iterations, in production, with you watching. After launch we stay close: operate, improve, hand over. No jargon and no over-engineering: not on this page, not in your codebase.
